Dr. Amir Dangol has been providing pediatric cardiology service in northern Virginia since 2013 after he completed his Pediatric cardiology fellowship at Rainbow Babies and Children’s Hospitals in Cleveland, Ohio. He is board certified pediatric cardiologist.

His pediatric residency was from Albany Medical Center, Albany, New York. He was awarded with “The Resident Continuity Practice Award 2010” at Albany Medical Center. He finished his medical school from B. P. Koirala Institute of Health Science, Nepal. He grew up in beautiful country Nepal. During his school year, he received "Tulsi Prasad Dhungel Award" for first place in school board exam.

His clinical skills and interest includes diagnosis and management of children with cardiac disease, congenital heart defects, transthoracic echocardiogram, transesophageal echocardiogram, fetal echocardiogram, stress test, interpretation of non-invasive cardiac monitor.

He has previously worked as Medical Officer at Department of physiology at Kathmandu Medical College Teaching Hospital.
